It’s official!
First Financial Group of America is moving into a new office space located at 16945 Northchase Drive, Ste. 1800, Houston, TX 77060.
The company expects to complete the move by mid-June 2021. During this time, customers can still contact customer service for assistance. Employees are standing by to ensure that clients receive the help they need in a timely manner.
Customers should note that only the physical address is changing. The P.O. box used for mail is still the same: P.O. Box 670329, Houston, TX 77267-0329. If you are mailing back-up or paper checks, please continue using the P.O. box address. Flex claims should be mailed to the P.O. box listed on the claim form.
First Financial initially announced the move in March 2021 and highlighted the additional amenities that would be available for employees at the new office space. The space has been recently restored with modern fixtures and includes building security, nearby restaurants and conference facilities. The company is excited to provide employees a place to work that is clean, new and safe.
